1. Who we are

Apna Coach is a wellness coaching app operated by Viazero Labs Pvt Ltd, [PLACEHOLDER: registered office address], India ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect through the Apna Coach app and this website, and how we use and protect it.

2. Data we collect

• Phone number — used to create and secure your account via one-time password (OTP) login.
• Profile and onboarding answers — your goals, the problem you want to work on, and related preferences, used to personalise your coaching.
• Chat messages with coaches — the conversations you have with your AI coaches. These are processed by AI service providers to generate coaching replies and to remember relevant context for future conversations.
• Activity data — plans, challenges, streaks, tasks and guides you interact with inside the app.
• Device and usage data — app version, device model, crash reports and anonymised usage analytics that help us fix bugs and improve the app.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, or photos.

3. Third-party processors

We use a small number of service providers to run Apna Coach:

• AI / language-model providers — to generate coaching responses from your chat messages. [PLACEHOLDER: name the providers in use at launch]

• Firebase Crashlytics (Google) — crash reporting.

Each provider only receives the data needed for its job and is bound by its own data-processing terms.

4. Why we use your data

• To provide personalised coaching — the core service you signed up for.

• To fix crashes and improve features.
• To send you service messages, and — only with your permission — helpful reminders and notifications.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not show third-party ads.

5. Sensitive conversations

Conversations with coaches on sensitive topics (for example intimate wellness) are walled off from the rest of your coaching context — other coaches do not see them.

6. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is deleted within [PLACEHOLDER: retention window, e.g. 30 days], except where law requires us to keep it longer.

7. Your rights (DPDP Act, 2023)

8. Security

If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by other reasonable means before they take effect.
