Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Apna Coach account and all data associated with it at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

1. Open the Apna Coach app and go to the Profile tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Delete without the app

If you have uninstalled the app or can no longer sign in, email us at support@viazerolabs.com with the subject "Delete my account" and the phone number you signed up with. We verify the request against that phone number and complete the deletion within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and phone-number login identity
• Your profile and onboarding answers (goals, preferences)
• All chats with your coaches, and everything the coaches remembered about you
• Your coach team, plans, to-dos, challenge progress and notifications

Nothing is retained except where the law requires it. See our Privacy Policy for details. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account; use one of the two methods above.
