2. What Apna Coach is

Apna Coach gives you a team of AI-powered specialist coaches for everyday wellness goals — fitness, nutrition, sleep, stress, skin, and more. Coaches chat with you, create personalised plans and challenges, and help you build habits.

3. Not medical advice

Apna Coach provides general wellness guidance only. It is not a medical service. Coaches are AI assistants, not doctors, and nothing in the app is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about a medical condition, medication, pregnancy, or significant changes to diet or exercise. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately — do not rely on the app.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Apna Coach.

5. Your account

Your account is secured by OTP sent to your phone number. Keep your device and number secure — you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Parts of Apna Coach may require a paid subscription. Where offered, subscriptions may start with a free trial and then renew automatically via UPI Autopay or your app store's billing system until cancelled. [PLACEHOLDER: pricing, trial length, renewal terms, cancellation window, refund policy]

7. Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or access it by automated means.
• Don't use the service to harm yourself or others, or for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

The app, website, brand, and content are owned by Viazero Labs Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app; you don't acquire any ownership rights. Plans and content generated for you are for your personal use.

9. AI-generated content and limitation of liability

Coaching responses are generated by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation. Use your judgement, and see Section 3 above. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viazero Labs Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You can stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Governing law
